Exchange & Refund Policy – Marcella's Wardrobe

At Marcella's Wardrobe, we prioritise your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality, unique products. Each item is sprayed by hand individually, making every piece truly one of a kind. However, we understand that there may be occasions where concerns arise.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the form of store credit or a gift card. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will issue a store credit or gift card equivalent to the value of your original purchase. This credit can be used towards any item in Marcella's Wardrobe.

Refunds
Refunds are only provided for products that are deemed faulty. If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us at marcellaswardrobe23@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the fault. Once the fault is reviewed and confirmed, we will promptly issue a refund or store credit, based on your preference.

Important Notes:

• As each item is individually hand-sprayed, slight variations in design or pattern are natural and not considered faults, but part of the unique charm of our products.
• Store credit or gift cards issued for exchanges are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
