At Marcella's Wardrobe, we want you to absolutely love your new wardrobe favourites! However, we understand that sometimes things aren't quite right, and we're here to help.

Changed Your Mind?

If you've purchased an item online and it isn't quite what you expected, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it.

Once you've notified us, you'll have a further 14 days to send your item back.

We kindly ask that returned items are unworn, with their original tags attached where possible. You're welcome to try your items on as you would in a shop.

Please include your order number and a brief description of your enquiry so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

We'll provide you with the information you need to arrange your return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we'll check the item and process any refund due to your original payment method.

Refunds for eligible online cancellations include the original standard delivery charge, where applicable. Return postage costs may be your responsibility if this was explained before purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Oh no, hun! If you've received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact Marcella as soon as possible.

Where possible, include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can help resolve things quickly.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Shopping With Us in Person

For purchases made at North Weald Market, please speak to Marcella directly about any return or exchange requests. Change-of-mind returns for in-person purchases are at our discretion, but your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods still apply.
